Established in 1997, the team has over 100 years of collective experience. We have provided over 1 million deliveries to the people in Wales over the past 15 years alone. Our dedicated fleet is designed specifically to meet the rural demands of the Welsh countryside and urban cities across Wales. We realise the demand is an ever increasing element within the industry and therefore we offer warehousing, storage, picking, delivery and timed delivery services.
For the past decade we have been the sole home delivery operator for IKEA Wales, and have operated 7 days a week, 362 days of the year. The demands of our customers are ever changing. We have developed our entire operation to be as flexible as possible and ensure our service is based around you.
More recently, we have expanded from sites in Cardiff, to additional sites in Avonmouth, Bristol, Launceston and Exeter - This has vastly increased our delivery coverage to include the entire South West.
By maintaining our dedication to our operation we continue to refine our quality, expand our capabilities, increase our efficiency and elevate our levels of customer service we now provide to heighten the standard of excellence we have set within the industry.
